For some reason, there is purslane growing EVERWHERE this year, so we have started to harvest it.
Purslane is a succulent weed that is higher in Omega 3 than anything we would normally plant. It is delicious in salads, and this year it is everywhere. We are now eating it every day.
As it is so plentiful, we are also giving it to the rabbits every day. It’s good for them and helps to lower feed costs, which are two of the main objectives of Food Web.
