We have recently bought a wonderful book, "Wild Fermentation - The flavor, Nutrition and Craft of Live-Culture Foods" by Sandor Ellix Katz, and Kimchi has come into our lives.

We have two wicking beds planted and growing great.

The concrete work inside the barn is finished.

Now that the risk of freezes has passed, work has started back up on the Food Web barn.

About a week ago, we got a breeding pair of Guinea Pigs.

We just butchered the last of our pigs.

It's been a great year for the garden.

The frame of the barn is now up and welded in place.  Everything is now ready for the covering.

We are writing a book, Food Web Volume I. Here is a description and proposed Table of Contents.

The construction side of this project is comprised of a barn, water tank, pens and pasture. All of these elements will make the home for the working example of Food Web.
